I am very excited to assist you with the process of selling your current home and/or finding a new home.  Whether you plan on moving in a month or two years, my goal is to make you the most informed buyer and seller during this process. 

If you fill out the appropriate forms I can enroll you in my “Best Informed Buyer” or “Best Informed Seller” programs.   These programs are free of charge and help eliminate the “bugging” that occasionally happens from Real Estate Agents following up on their clients. This is how the programs work:

Best Informed Buyer Program

Fill out the Best Informed Buyer Form so that I know what it is that you are interested in. When I receive the filled out form I will send you a packet of information that will include homes that fit your specific criteria.   If at any time you change your mind about specific criteria that we are looking for call or email me! I can change the criteria and immediately send you the homes that fit your search with the new info.   Periodically, I will send you another packet of homes that have recently came on the market.   If you have an email address I will also send these homes to your email as soon as they hit the market. You will be in control! You will be the most informed buyer when you are ready to purchase your home. 

Best Informed Seller Program

Fill out the Best Informed Seller Form so that I know some basic information about your current home.  As soon as I receive this form I will send out a packet of information that will include homes that have recently sold in your area that are similar to yours.  I will also include homes that are currently on the market that are similar to yours.  Periodically, I will send you a packet that will include homes that sold or went on the market since my last mailing.  These mailings will enable you to be the most informed seller when you are ready to sell your home.
