1. It is suggested that you do not allow a stranger in to inspect your home unless he is accompanied by a licensed salesperson from our office or another Multiple Listing office. All salespeople are required to carry a pocket identification card and make an appointment through our office.
    
2. Please notify us immediately if a contageous illness develops in the household.
    
3. If you are going to away for more than a day, please leave word at our office as to where and how you can be reached.
    
4. Follow all instructions from your Property Walk Through regarding showcasing your home.  Read our Suggestions regarding Showcasing.  Showcasing Tips.
    
5. Do not overprice your home.  It will not sell and it will only get stale on the market. You must compare competatively to other homes on the market in your price range.  The closer your asking price is to market value, the faster your home will sell.
    
6. Become familiar with market values in your neighborhood by enrolling in my Best Informed Seller Program.
